Today, we are rapidly expanding our business both domestically and internationally, serving clients ranging from Japan to US, Europe, and China who share our vision of "Liberate humans from manual labor to make them focus on creativity, innovation, and making the world a better place." 【About the position】 The position we are currently recruiting for is within the Hardware System Team, one of the most crucial teams responsible for developing our core product - the Robot Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for Embedded Software Development for the next-generation controller and the wireless version of the robot tablet. You will be involved in the entire product lifecycle, including the development and support of software (SW) for multiple hardware platforms. This includes activities related to requirements, design, SW/HW integration, debugging and testing. 【Responsibilities】 - Developing and supporting embedded software for Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS), system software, including drivers and kernels for Linux. - Creating software tools to facilitate system implementation and upgrades. - Supporting current embedded software. - Investigating industrial protocols necessary for connecting to various IoT devices such as industrial robots, sensors, and cameras. - Following product development procedures, guidelines, and work instructions to ensure high-quality product development. - Effectively work together with other team members by providing feedback on hardware/software domain requirements and/or development processes to enhance teamwork. - Performing other tasks related to product development. |

【必須（MUST）】 【Required Skills & Experience】- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field. - 5+ years of hands-on development experience or relevant academic research and development experience in C/C++. - 5+ years of work experience in microcontroller (MCU) architecture or relevant academic research experience. - Experience in developing RTOS or Linux drivers. - Familiarity with Cortex-M microcontrollers. - Proficiency in business-level English. 【歓迎（WANT）】 【Preferred Skills & Experience】- Experience designing industrial devices, especially industrial PCs - Expert in real-time OS, Linux kernel module development. - Good understanding of functional safety concepts based on IEC 61508 or similar standards. - Experience with software verification tools. 【Are you looking for an international, and advanced technology company? Currently, we have 13 engineers in the team who are all from overseas, representing 9 different countries. - English work environment, Japanese is not required. 80% of our software and hardware engineers are from 30 different countries, making English the official language of the company. - Support Mujin's global business from Tokyo. The hardware team also takes responsibility for US, EU, and China's businesses. You will also have opportunities to interface with our overseas branches. |
