The Associate Marketing Manager for Peritoneal Dialysis will manage existing product lines, ensuring stable supply and collaborating for product life cycle management. They work with global teams, manage quality, and execute improvement projects. Responsibilities include developing a product communication plan with KOLs, managing new product launches, and creating marketing materials aligned with Japan's market. They also handle product training, HCP communication, market understanding, budgeting, and event collaboration. Qualifications: bachelor's degree （medical/pharmacy is a plus）, 5＋ years of marketing experience in medical devices/pharmaceuticals, project management skills, fluent in Japanese and proficient in English, market understanding, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast－paced environment, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation skills. Responsibilities: Product Management: ● Take on existing product management responsibilities ● Maintain stable product supply to customer and patients ● Work closely with Global Mktg, Global R＆D for Product life cycle management – phase out products planning/execution, product specification change management. ● Collaborate with QA/RA/GA/Legal/Technical Support Center/ Call Center, etc. and manage quality Issues including execute quality improvement projects ● Product Communication plan with KOLs collaborations and with clear business objectives New Product Launch: ● Product Specification Localization ● Product Launch Plan including creating business case and communication （PD Therapy / Product） ● Create marketing materials to communicate Japan localized Value Proposition and maintain consistency with global strategies ● Product Training for Internal/External customers HCP Communication ● HCP Communication – Contents Creation for Pro Site, Marketing Materials, Communication for events theme Others ● Understanding of market and competitive dynamics and respond fast ● Budgeting ● Collaborate with teammate on Events planning / execution ● Cross business units （HD/AC） and functional units collaboration with Japan WWM/DX/GA/COMM/RA/QA ● Collaborate with GBU/APAC team and work closely on product portfolio strategy and product management |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree with medical, pharmacy is a plus, but not necessary ● Minimum 5 years’ hands on marketing experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of the kidney disease and dialysis is a plus ● Proven successful project management leadership skills ● Fluent in Japanese as well as a good working level English communication ● Ability to understand market trends, customer needs, and assess competitive intelligence data ● Professional level PowerPoint, XLS, and presentation skills 【歓迎（WANT）】 ● Ability to work in a fast－paced and constantly changing work environment and adapt to change fast● Strong interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and communication skills ● Ability to prioritize work based on critical business needs ● An excellent sense of Accountability / Growth Mindset / Agility / Efficiency / Time Management |
