For more than 11 years, our organization has been the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform. Our company offers over 100 fully featured services to millions of active customers around the world—including the fastest-growing startups, largest enterprises, and leading government agencies—to power their infrastructure. Business Product & Operations (BPO) is a diverse team that supports infrastructure and other foundational initiatives that span and support Sales, Marketing, and Global Services Operations teams within our company. The Contract Specialist will support our Professional Services and our Legal team by operationalizing the Statements of Work (SOW) contract creation process. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who's passionate about managing operational processes, analyzing trends and recommending and implementing process improvements. This is a unique role, with similar functions to a business operations analyst and a contract analyst. The candidate will work side by side with our Legal team to ensure SOWs meet legal requirements. Additionally, you will support our Professional Services by providing operational and administrative guidance, enabling them to provide an outstanding customer experience. The successful candidate must be inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, like being continually challenged, demonstrate sound judgment, and attention to detail. You should have an interest in working in a space, where legal meets business. Key job responsibilities - Own the contracting process, creating documentation, gathering approvals, tracking status and communication between key stakeholders. - Lead the contract drafting process, identifying risks, providing guidance to ensure policy compliance. - Engage and build meaningful relationships with global BPO Team, senior stakeholders and business partners in the APAC region - Drafting key commercial contract terms within an our company SOW, WO and WOA. - Communicate daily with cross functional teams including Sales, Legal, Operations and Management - Proactively identify and implement operational improvements and enhancements that meet business requirements - Be a part of ICON projects for continuous improvement - Become the SOW creation subject matter expert |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - Bachelor’s Degree- 3+ years of relevant contracting experience - 3+ years’ experience in drafting key contract terms for statement of works, contract amendments and work orders in technology, licensing, and service contracts or a broad range of standard commercial contracts. - Work independently while being able to contribute to a cross-functional global team - Ability to communicate effectively across all functions and levels of the organization - Solid written and oral communication skills in both English and Japanese 【歓迎（WANT）】 - Experience in drafting Cloud, technology and professional service agreements- Excellent attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills |
