仕事内容 The position enables the APAC regional Sales Teams to prospect, evaluate and qualify opportunities, present company products and services to their Partners and End User customers. Also, this role will be responsible for the activation of the partner sales organizations throughout Japan and APAC enabling them to present and demonstrate the company's Healthcare Division's Imaging, Value Propositions to key prospective End User Hospitals, Imaging Centers, and other care facilities.

Responsibilities:

● Manage a team of sales professionals in the assigned region to achieve and exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
● Identify and engage with new end customers and contacts at various levels within targeted accounts.
● Support lead generation through shows, demonstrations, sales floor engagement, etc.
● Promote the company to enhance brand image in the region.
● Follow up on leads identified by the Business Development team or consultant team, analyze customer needs, and present appropriate value propositions.
● Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
● Provide and achieve meaningful consolidated sales forecasts from Partner Regions on a monthly basis.
● Drive partner sales teams to identify accounts and sales opportunities not currently in the sales funnel.
● Align Partner sales organization to collaborate with the company on these accounts.
● Facilitate a functional sales model including Partner Sales Reps, company BDRs, and sales engineers to move opportunities into the sales funnel and close business.
● Monitor technology and market factors, providing market intelligence to Sales management and Segment marketing.
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

Requirements

● Bachelor or Master degree (business, marketing, engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
● 7-10 years of proven sales experience in related industry/technologies.
● Strong and assured communicating and presentations skills, able to gain personal credibility with client managers.
● Able to work across organizational and international boundaries.
● High level sales negotiating skills with outstanding relationship building abilities.
