【Job Objective】 Be responsible for the overall Japan brand health, development, and communications for Ecovacs home robotics. Effectively enhance, localize, and deliver the Ecovacs global brand strategy and communications in Japan. Key deliverables include: long term strategic brand communications plans in alignment with headquarters leadership; web, social network, and digital brand image management; and PR development and management. 【Responsibilities】 •Leads the delivery of the multi-year Strategic Business Plan for Ecovacs Japan by ensuring delivery of brand health and financial commitments •Leads annual Japan brand business and marketing plans that deliver financial objectives and manages all elements of the marketing mix •Stewards the brand – guides and instills in the organization the ability to be selective about actions that support the brand strategy, brand’s promise, brand equity, and brand health in context of overall business goals for the company, with primary emphasis on Ecovacs Digital Brand Image •Ensures local consumer is at the center of business and brand decisions •Delivers brand positioning alignment with global brand teams to ensure consistent global brand profile and strategy •Defines and executes the commercialization strategies including the development of net revenue plans including pricing, margin mix, and trade spending strategies •Attracts, retains and develops top talent 【Relationships and Roles】 Internal / External Cooperation •Leads an integrated marketing team of 2, spanning web, social network, sales promotional material, and PR development, management and execution. •Works with Japan Sales Director ensure brand and sales support strategies and plans are executed effectively and efficiently to meet sales objectives •Engages with key customers to provide a visible brand and category champion •Works with communications agencies, including advertising, media, digital, multi-cultural, shopper and PR •Liaises with global Marketing Leaders to drive synergies and share best practices and execute global brand image and positioning. |

【必須（MUST）】 • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field• CE, home appliance industry background is preferred • Minimum of 8+ years of business experience with a history or demonstrated business success • Business level English proficiency (speaking and writing) |
