業務内容 •日本企業の会計税務 Accounting and taxation for Japanese company 月次・日次 Monthly and Daily -振込の内容と伝票確認 Checking transfer and journal voucher -銀行の入出金の確認 Confirm bank deposits and withdrawals -キャッシュフロー管理 Cash flow management -月次決算の財務諸表分析を行い、収益と費用について報告 Analyze monthly financial statements and report on revenues and expenses -資産、負債に関する詳細な財務情報を分析し、貸借対照表、損益計算書、その他上司に報告書の作成 Analyze detailed financial information on assets and liabilities, and prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other reports to supervisors -親会社への月次レポートの作成 Monthly reporting to HQ（Parent company) -親子会社間取引の整合チェック Consistency check of transactions between parent and subsidiary companies -連結レポートの作成（子会社） Preparation of consolidated report (subsidiary) 年次 Annual -決算整理仕訳伝票とレポートのエラーと不整合を確認、調査、修正する Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in closing journal vouchers and reports -監査対応（日本の法定監査・・JGAAP、グループ監査・・IFRS） Responding to questions from audit (Japanese statutory audit : JGAAP, group audit : IFRS) -日本の法人税及び消費税申告書の作成のための税理士からの質問対応、申告書の確認 Responding to questions from tax accountants and checking returns for preparing Japanese corporate tax and consumption tax returns 他 Others -国内取引、関連会社との国際取引についての会計・税務の確認 Confirmation of accounting and tax matters for domestic transactions and international transactions with related companies -親会社及び関連会社から求められた資料の作成 Preparation of materials requested by parent company and related companies -税務署、役所からの税金関係の質問、税務調査の対応 Responding to tax-related questions and tax investigations from tax offices and government offices |

【必須（MUST）】 必要スキルSAP使用経験 読み書きレベルの英語力 経理経験5～6年以上 Excel skill : vlookup, sumif など関数は基本です 時々: 簡単なpowerpointも作成あります。 簿記二級以上（一級が望ましい） 税務上の経験があること 【歓迎（WANT）】 Retail企業での経験マネジメント経験 コミュニケーション能力の高い方 |
