〈仕事内容詳細〉
－ As a business office HR manager, you will strategically manage the entire HR area.
－ Be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from the formulation to implementation of medium－ to long－term organizational and personnel strategies.
－ Directly discuss future management and business strategies with the management team, supervise and lead overall human resources while maintaining a management perspective.
－ Responsible for building smooth communication with employees, management, and global HR departments, conducting fair and comprehensive operations in accordance with laws and customs, and managing management from a human resources perspective.
－ Take the initiative in promoting and leading the necessary measures related to managerial organizational management and human resources team development
－ Incorporating management strategy and business strategy into organizational and personnel strategies
－ Promotion/recruitment strategy planning
－ Design and review of overall personnel systems （recruitment, staffing, personnel evaluation systems, training systems, compensation systems, etc.） in response to changes in the business environment
－ Planning and promotion of organizational development and human resource development measures, and department management
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

－ Bachelor's degree or higher
－ Business level English
－ Wide experience across different HR areas （preferably 8＋ years）
－ Experience in manufacturing industries a plus！
－ Good labor law knowledge
－ Strong communication skills

【歓迎（WANT）】

－ Experience in manufacturing companies a plus！
