Job Description - Provides clinical care services, case management, health assessment program management/services, and general preventive health services. - Serves as part of a larger site Health Services team or serves as the onsite Health Services, supporting our employees, specified contractor employees, visitors, and service customers at a particular site. Responsibilities / Duties - Provides nursing assessment and interventions by obtaining a complete history, providing physical assessment noting deviations from the norm, ordering medical testing, and making an assessment. - Selects, administers, and/or orders medications, physical therapy, specialist consultations, and recommends medical limitations or restrictions to activity within the clinical Guidelines approved by the site physician. - Evaluates employees with work-related injuries and illnesses and/or personal medical conditions for their fitness for duty - Assists in site emergency response. - Reviews the results of history, physical examination, functional and laboratory testing, and determines the need for follow-up or workspace restrictions. - Delivers and coordinates health promotion and disease prevention interventions which might include individual employee counseling, health education, and/or training programs. This position does not offer relocation assistance. • A minimum requirement for this Japan based position is the ability to work legally in Japan. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of Japan permanent residency process. **The company does not offer relocation if the position is offered to someone who lives outside the area or reimbursement for travel to and from interviews. If you consider a position that is not within the area, you reside you will be responsible for all cost that incur. ** |
