初めてのIT Solution専任担当として入社頂きます。会社の人数は少ないですが、グループで複数の企業が日本国内海外含め存在するため、それらを包括的に見てもらうポジションとなります。自身で全てを担当するだけでなく、外部パートナーや社内リソース含めてディレクションしつつプロジェクトを管理していく立場となります。 You are joining us as our first IT Solution Manager. Although the company is small in number, there are several companies in the group, both in Japan and overseas, and this position will provide a comprehensive view of these companies. You will not only be in charge of the entire project by yourself, but you will also be in charge of directing and managing the project with external partners and internal resources. ▼データの統合とビジネスインテリジェンス ・ブランドと場所を横断したデータの統合：複数のPOSプラットフォームからのデータを集約し、異なるレストランブランドや場所から中央集権化するシステムを導入します。データの正確さと一貫性を確保し、ビジネスインテリジェンスツールへのシームレスな統合を実現します。 ・ビジネスインテリジェンスと分析：販売、顧客動向、在庫などの重要な指標に対する洞察を提供するビジネスインテリジェンスダッシュボードを開発および維持します。これにはTableau、Power BI、またはLookerなど(現状ツールは未定)のBIツールの専門知識が必要であり、持株会社がデータに基づいた意思決定を行うのに役立ちます。 ・横断的なデータ分析：さまざまな部門と協力してデータを分析し、戦略的計画を支援するレポートを生成します。財務、マーケティング、およびオペレーションと緊密に連携し、それらのデータニーズを理解し、カスタマイズされたソリューションを提供します。 Data Consolidation and Business Intelligence ・Consolidating Data Across Brands and Locations: Implement systems to centralize data from multiple POS platforms across different restaurant brands and locations. Ensure data accuracy and consistency, allowing for seamless integration into business intelligence tools. ・Business Intelligence and Analytics: Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards that provide insights into sales, customer trends, inventory, and other key metrics. This requires expertise in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, allowing the holdings company to make data-driven decisions. ・Cross-Functional Data Analysis: Collaborate with various departments to analyze data and generate reports that support strategic planning. Work closely with finance, marketing, and operations to understand their data needs and provide customized solutions. ▼技術インフラとセキュリティ ・データインフラの維持：複数のソースからの大量のデータを処理できるITインフラを確保します。これにはデータベース管理、サーバーメンテナンス、およびシステムの拡張性を確保することが含まれます。 ・データセキュリティとコンプライアンス：機密情報を保護するためのデータセキュリティプロトコルを実装します。GDPRやCCPAなどの業界規制に準拠し、特に顧客および財務データの統合が考慮されます。 ・災害復旧とバックアップ：データ損失に対する保護のために堅牢なバックアップと災害復旧計画を確立します。これには定期的なバックアップ、オフサイトストレージ、およびデータ侵害やシステムの障害の場合の明確な回復プロセスが含まれます。 Technology Infrastructure and Security ・Maintaining Data Infrastructure: Ensure the IT infrastructure can handle large volumes of data from multiple sources. This includes database management, server maintenance, and ensuring systems are scalable to support company growth. ・Data Security and Compliance: Implement data security protocols to protect sensitive information. Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR or CCPA, especially given the consolidation of customer and financial data. ・Disaster Recovery and Backup: Establish robust backup and disaster recovery plans to protect against data loss. This includes regular backups, off-site storage, and a clear recovery process in case of data breaches or system failures. ▼IT戦略とイノベーション ・新しい技術の統合：データの統合と報告効率を向上させる技術の探索と導入を行います。これにはクラウドベースのソリューション、高度なデータ可視化ツール、またはAI駆動の分析が含まれる可能性があります。 ・グローバル展開のサポート：会社のブランドを新たな市場に展開するためのITサポートを提供します。これには、各新しい場所の技術要件の評価と既存システムとのシームレスな統合が含まれます。 ・プロジェクトマネジメントとコラボレーション：データの統合とBI実装に関連するITプロジェクトを監督します。他の部門と緊密に連携して、技術プロジェクトがより広範なビジネス目標と一致するようにします。 IT Strategy and Innovation ・Integration of New Technologies: Explore and implement technologies that can improve data consolidation and reporting efficiency. This could include cloud-based solutions, advanced data visualization tools, or AI-driven analytics. ・Supporting Global Expansion: Provide IT support for the expansion of the company's brands into new markets. This involves assessing the technology requirements for each new location and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. ・Project Management and Collaboration: Oversee IT projects related to data consolidation and BI implementation. Work closely with other departments to ensure technology projects align with broader business objectives. ▼チームリーダーシップと開発 ・ITおよびデータチームのリーダーシップ：データ統合、ビジネスインテリジェンス、およびITインフラを担当するチームを管理します。最新の技術とベストプラクティスにチームを最新の状態に保つためのトレーニングと開発の機会を提供します。 ・部門間の協力：ITと他の部門の連絡役として、明確なコミュニケーションと効果的な協力を確保します。これには、部門責任者との定期的な会議が含まれ、彼らのニーズを理解し、ITソリューションを提供します。 Team Leadership and Development ・Leading IT and Data Teams: Manage a team responsible for data consolidation, business intelligence, and IT infrastructure. Provide training and development opportunities to keep the team up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices. ・Interdepartmental Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between IT and other departments, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration. This involves regular meetings with department heads to understand their needs and offer IT solutions. |
| 労働条件 |
契約期間：雇い入れから6ヶ月は契約社員契約、その後2回のレビューを踏まえ期間の定めのない正社員契約へ移行 試用期間：上記の運用をしているため、なし 就業時間：8:00～22:00のフレックスタイム（うち8時間勤務、休憩1時間） 就業場所：東京本社、アジア各国、メキシコへの出張あり 休日 ：土日、祝日、その他会社の定める休日 休暇 ：年次有給休暇（入社半年経過後11日付与）、夏季5日/冬季3日/年末年始/慶弔 残業 ：あり（平均月40時間） 給与 ：想定年収 6,000,000円～9,000,000円 想定月収 500,000円～750,000円 (固定残業代45時間分を含む) 賞与 ：年1回1月 パフォーマンスに基づき支給 給与改定：年1回 通勤手当：会社規定に基づき支給（上限月額40,000円） 社会保険：健康保険、厚生年金、労災保険、雇用保険 受動喫煙防止措置：屋内禁煙 |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・会社の課題に対して、ITソリューションを基に解決した経験があること・データの統合や、データ分析のプロジェクト経験 ・外部パートナーまたは社内リソースのプロジェクトマネジメント経験 ・ビジネスレベル以上の英語力 -Experience in solving company problems based on IT solutions. -Experience in data integration and data analysis projects -Experience in project management of external partners or internal resources 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・ITコンサルタントとして複数企業のプロジェクト参画の経験・海外含めたプロジェクトマネジメント経験 ・ITエンジニア、情報システム担当の経験 -Experience in participating in projects for multiple companies as an IT consultant -Experience in project management, including overseas projects -Experience as an IT engineer or information system manager ・飲食または小売への興味がある方 ・規模感の小さい、不確実性の高いスタートアップでも柔軟に働ける方 -Have an interest in food and beverage or retail -Flexibility to work in a small and uncertain start-up environment |
