仕事内容 ＜コンサルタントの声＞

－ 経理財務は2名と少数精鋭のチームですので、Accounting業務をメインにFP＆A業務もサポートをしながらスキルの幅を広げられます。FP＆Aスキルをこれから伸ばしたい、もしくは勉強中の方もぜひご応募ください。
－ 週2日程度の在宅勤務やフレックス勤務が可能ですので、時代の流れに沿ったワークスタイルをご利用頂けます。


＜業務内容詳細＞
－ Prepare month－end closing （including journal entries）, prepare monthly/quarterly reporting deck, review monthly financial closing balances for accruals ＆ overdue
－ Prepare annual accounts for submission to external auditors for year－end audit.
－ Prepare tax submission in consultation with PWC US ＆ transfer pricing study.
－ Drive continuous process improvement in reporting and analysis of financial KPIs.
－ Provide in－depth analysis and perspective on key customers/channels/brands and local spend areas, such as advertising, promotions/discount.
－ Monitoring spends vs Budget / Forecast.
－ Gross margin analysis ＆ review improvement to gross margin performance including new items, promotion activities, discount, product mix, gross to net improvement, price increase etc
－ Submit weekly cash flow forecast
－ Partner with Finance Director in working capital reduction, DSO ＆ Overdue improvement, Inventory, E＆O and CAPEX
－ Support Finance Director to prepare ＆ submit financial forecast updates
－ Partnering with sales ＆ marketing team as well as cross－functional teams to drive growth ＆ building blocks to deliver budget/forecast
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

－ 5＋ years of accounting experience working in a MNC environment
－ Excellent verbal and written communication skills （both in Business English and in Japanese）
－ Solid understanding of US GAAP, and Japanese GAAP and statutory requirements. J SOX experience a plus.
－ Good skill of computer software （Advanced Excel is the must, Access users a plus）
