About the team We are looking for entrepreneurial spirits to join our monetization strategy and operations (MSO) team. You will have a ground floor opportunity to shape monetization efforts in Japan. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to assess performance and plan for the future. The MSO organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. Our team uses data analysis to help drive the company’s monetization strategy and operations. We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to drive analytics initiatives that guide operational excellence for our Japan business. |

応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 - Internal process optimization around sales incentive calculation, sales activity management, account management, sales pipeline/forecasting process and so on- Work with CRM product managers to drive new feature development and be responsible for implementation and change management - Closely collaborate with sales teams to drive CRM function adoption and ensure a smooth user experience - Work with data engineers to co-build analytics foundations for the Japan sales organization, including but not limiting to dashboard creation, rolling out BI tool training and daily trouble shooting - Build and optimize scaled internal client serving schemes, including helpdesk and knowledge center 【歓迎(WANT)】 - More than 3 years of professional working experience in sales operation, CRM system management or process optimization in fast-paced companies- Business level Japanese and conversational level English - Detail-oriented, process-driven working manner, with highly organized thinking capability - Strong analytical skills, e.g. Experience in various BI tools is highly preferred - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, and proactiveness in problem-solving - Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking - Experience in digital advertising with a great understanding of the Japan advertising landscape is preferred |
